Federal Administrative Decision No. 49/2015 On UAE Standards Related to Communication Cables and Information Networks
The Chairman of the Board of Directors:
- After perusal of Federal Law No. 28/2001 concerning the establishment of Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority (ESMA), and its amendments; and
- Based on the decision of the Board of Directors in its meeting No. 2/2015 dated July 9, 2015 on the adoption of a set of UAE standards.
Has decided the as follows:
Article 1
The UAE Standards which titles and numbers are set out in list attached hereto and relating to communication cables and information networks shall be adopted.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette along with the list of standards referred to in Article 1 of this Decision and shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
