Federal Administrative Decision No. 43/2017 On the Adoption of the List of Technical Requirements for the Registration of the Products and Systems of Aircrafts and Drones
The Chairman of the Board of Directors:
After perusal of Federal Law No. 28/2001 on the establishment of the Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority and amendments; and
Based on the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting No. (2) of 2017 dated 30 April 2017,
Has issued the following Decision:
Article 1
The list of technical requirements for the registration of the products and systems of aircrafts and drones attached to this Decision shall be adopted.
Article 2
The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette. The concerned authorities shall implement and apply the provisions of the list provided for in Article 1 of this Decision. The said list shall come into force 120 days after the adoption of the Decision.
