Federal Administrative Decision No. 3/2016 On the Approval of the Regulation for the Control of the Product Quantity in Pre-Packaged Containers

The Chairman of Board of Directors:

After perusal of Federal Law No. 28/2001 the Establishment of Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority (ESMA) and its amendments; and

Based on Cabinet Decision No. 31/2006 on the National System of Measurement; and

The Board's Decision at its meeting No. 4 of 2015 dated December 23, 2015,

Has decided as follows:

Article 1

The Regulation for the Control of the Product Quantity in Pre-Packaged Containers attached hereto shall be approved.

Article 2

The concerned authorities shall implement this Decision. The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force 90 days after the day following the date of its publication.
