The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector and Digital Government:
Having reviewed:
Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 Regulating the Telecommunications Sector, its Executive Regulations, and their amendments;
Administrative Decision No. 6/2008 on the Regulatory Framework for Licenses and Administrative Decision No. 7/2008 Regulating Licenses;
Administrative Decision No. 7/2011 on the Approval of the Satellite Radio Broadcasting License Form; and
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector and Digital Government and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority at its meeting held on 18 October 2021 AD;
Has decided as follows:
Article 1 - Approval of the Indicative Form of a Satellite Radio Broadcasting Services License
The Indicative Form of a Satellite Radio Broadcasting Services License, attached to this Resolution, is hereby approved, and this Form shall be used as a guide when considering any applications for telecommunications licenses.
