The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,

After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 55/2020 on the Adoption of the Fourth Version of the Regulation for Ultra Wideband (UWB) and Short-Range Devices (SRD) in the United Arab Emirates State;

And based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on 17 October 2023 and the consent memorandum submitted thereto by the Authority’s directorate;

Hereby decides the following:
