The Chairman of the Federal Judicial Council,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2022 on the Federal Judicial Authority, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023 on Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes; and

Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Department of Judicial Inspection, and the proposal of the Secretary-General of the Federal Judicial Council,

Has decided the following:

Article 1 - Formation of the Committee

A committee shall be formed within the Judicial Inspection Department to be called the Committee for the Admission of Conciliators and Mediators, composed as follows:

  1. Head of the Department - Chairman

  2. A Senior Judicial Inspector of the Department, nominated by the Chairman of the Department - Vice-Chairman

  3. A Senior Judicial Inspector of the Department, nominated by the Chairman of the Department - Member

  4. President of Ajman Federal Court of First Instance - Member

  5. President of Umm Al Quwain Federal Court of First Instance - Member

  6. President of Fujairah Federal Court of First Instance - Member
