Federal Administrative Decision No. 17/2022 On the Approval of the Policy of Mobile Spam Marketing Text Messages

Administrative Decision No. 12/2020
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,
After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;
Administrative Decision No. 12/2020 on the policy of mobile spam marketing messages; and
Based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority , and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority, by circulation, on 9 June 2022;
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Approval of the Policy
Pursuant to the present Decision,the updated version of the “Policy of Mobile Spam Marketing Text Messages” annexed hereto shall be approved.
Article 2 - Issuance of Executive Decisions
The Director-General of the Authority or his delegate shall issue the decisions deemed necessary for the implementation of this Decision.
