After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 1/2010 on the Establishment of the National Qualifications Authority;
Cabinet Decision No. 29/2011 on the Governance System for the Boards of Directors in Federal Institutions and Bodies, and
Upon the approval of the Board of Directors of the National Qualifications Authority in its forth meeting held on 26 June 2014 on the Establishment of the Vocational Qualifications Accreditation and Awarding Council;
Has issued the following Decision:
