The Executive Committee of Tawazun Council,
After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2022 on Tawazun Council;
Federal Decree No. 137/2022 on the Formation of the Board of Directors of Tawazun Council;
Federal Administrative Decision No. 6 /2022 issued by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tawazun Council regarding the Formation of the Executive Committee;
Federal Administrative Decision No. 14/2024 issued by the Executive Committee of Tawazun Council on the Approval of the Quality Mark of the Security and Military Sector;
Based on what was proposed, and the approval of the Executive Committee,
Has decided the following:
Chapter 1
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: State of the United Arab Emirates.
Council: Tawazun Council.
Secretary-General: The Secretary-General of the Council.
