The Executive Committee

After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2022 on Tawazun Council;

Federal Decision No. 6/2022 issued by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tawazun Council regarding the Formation of the Executive Committee;

Based on what was proposed,

Has decided the following:

Article 1 - Quality Mark

The form of the quality mark issued in accordance with the provisions of aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2022 shall be in accordance with the form attached to this Decision, and intellectual property rights shall be exclusively owned by Tawazun Council. All concerned entities shall adhere to the form of the aforementioned mark and the terms and conditions for its use.

Article 2 - Implementing Decisions

The Secretary General shall issue the terms and conditions for the use of the quality mark and related certificates and other decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Decision.
