Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments; and

Federal Administrative Decision No. 9/2023 on the Approval of the Licensing Framework;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 10/2023 on the Approval of Licensing Fees;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 11/2024 on the Approval of the Template Licence for Satellite Internet Services;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 12/2024 on the Approval of the Establishment of Starlink Satellite Communications Services LLC; and

Based on the proposal of the Director General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on 6 June 2024 and the consent memorandum submitted thereto by the Authority’s administration,

Hereby decided as follows:
