Cabinet Decision No. 27/2005 on the fees of services provided by the Marine Affairs Department at the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport;
Cabinet Decision No. 52/2006 on the Regulation of the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport and its amendments;
Administrative Decision No. 40/2013 on the Organisational Structure of the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport
Has issued the following Decision:
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of the present Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto unless the context requires otherwise:
