Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;
Federal Law No. 12/2019 On the Regulation of the Space Sector;
Cabinet Decision No. 73/2021 Concerning the Organisational Structure of the UAE Space Agency;
Cabinet Decision No. 1/2018 concerning the Implementing Regulation of the Human Resource Law in the Federal Government;
Cabinet Decision No. 11/13 w/2020 Concerning the Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Space Agency; and
Board of Directors Decision No. 1/2/2020 Concerning the Adoption of the Updated Powers Delegation Guide of the Agency; and
Based on the work interest requirements,
Has decided as follows:
Article 1
The Implementing Regulation for the Registration of Space Objects, its scope of application and the mechanism for the registration of Space Objects, shall be approved.
