Federal Administrative Decision No. 013-M.E/2022 Concerning the Adoption of the Verification Regulation
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 12/2019 on the Regulation of the Space Sector;
Federal Law No. 73/2021 concerning the organisational structure of UAE Space Agency;
Cabinet Decision No. 1/2018 concerning the Implementing Regulation of the Human Resource Law in the Federal Government;
Cabinet Decision No. 11/13w/2020 of 2020 concerning the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of UAE Space Agency;
Board of Directors Decision No. 1/2/2020 concerning the adoption of the updated Powers Delegation Guide of the Agency;
Based on the work interest requirements,
Has decided:
Article 1
The Verification Regulation shall be adopted and coordination shall be made with the Ministry of Justice to grant law enforcement capacity to prove what falls within the scope of competence of the verifiers or inspectors from UAE Space Agency
Article 2
This Decision shall be effective and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
