Sharjah Executive Council Decision No. 3/2025 On the Training and Qualification Programme for Trainees in the Emirate of Sharjah
We, Sultan bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al-Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah,
After perusal of Sharjah Law No. 2/1999 on the establishment of Sharjah Executive Council, its bylaws, and its amendments;
Sharjah Law No. 6/2015 on the Human Resources for the Emirate of Sharjah, its Implementing Regulation and their amendments;
Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Human Resources Department, and the approval of the Executive Council, and as per the public interest requirements,
Have issued the following Decision:
Article 1 - Definitions
In the implementation of the provisions of the present Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: The Emirate of Sharjah.
Council: The Executive Council of the Emirate.
Government Entity: Departments, entities, establishments, and bodies reporting to the Government of the Emirate and whose employees are subject to the provisions of aforementioned Sharjah Law No. 6/2015.
Department: The Human Resources Department in the Emirate
