Sharjah Law No. 2/1999 on the establishment of Sharjah Executive Council and its bylaws, and its amendments;

Sharjah Law No. 11/1973 on Placing Real Estate as Collateral for Debt, and its amendments;

Sharjah Law No. 4/1980 on the Regulation of the Ownership of Buildings of Multiple Floors or Apartments;

Sharjah Law No. 5/2010 concerning Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Sharjah, its Implementing Regulation and their amendments;

Sharjah Law No. 7/2017 on Violations and Administrative Fines in the Emirate of Sharjah;
