We, Sultan bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al-Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah,

After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2021 on Commercial Companies, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 37/2022 on Family Businesses;

Sharjah Law No. 2/1999 on the establishment of Sharjah Executive Council and its bylaws, and its amendments;

Sharjah Law No. 1/2002 on the regulation of the Economic Development Department in the Emirate of Sharjah;

Sharjah Emiri Decree No. 6/2009 on the establishment of Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre;

Sharjah Executive Council Decision No. 21/2017 regulating economic activities in the Emirate of Sharjah; and

Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Economic Development Department, and the approval of the Executive Council, and as per the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decision:
