The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development,

Based on the powers entrusted thereto by law;

After perusal of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 117/1446 dated 02/02/1446 H., which stipulates in Paragraph (1) of Clause (Third) thereof that the Ministry shall review the Implementing Regulation of the Labour Law and make the necessary amendments in light of the modifications to the Law;

The Implementing Regulation of the Labour Law and its attachments, issued by Saudi Arabia Ministerial Decision No. 70273/1440 dated 11/04/1440H., and its amendments;

Decides as follows:

First: Approval of the Implementing Regulation of the Labour Law and its attachments, as per the form attached to this Decision.

Second: This Regulation shall replace the Implementing Regulation issued by Saudi Arabia Ministerial Decision No. 70273/1440 dated 11/04/1440H.and its amendments.

Third: This Decision shall abrogate all that is in conflict herewith.
