Abrogating

Law on the Crimes of Terrorism and its Financing issued by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M16/1435 dated 24/02/1435 H, and all provisions to the contrary,

Amended by

Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 637/1441 dated 17/10/1441 H.

Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 128/1444 dated 17/02/1444 H. and

Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 17/1448 dated 01/01/1448 H.

The Council of Ministers,

After perusal of the formality provided by the Royal Court no. (6512) dated 10/02/1439 H, comprising the telegram of the Ministry of Interior, No. (126755) dated 12/05/1438 H, regarding the Draft Law on Combating Terrorism and its Financing,

After perusal of the aforementioned Draft Law,

After perusal of the Saudi Arabia Royal Order No. A293/1438 dated 26/10/1438 H,

After perusal of the Law of the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution, issued by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M56/1409 dated 24/10/1409 H,

After perusal of the Criminal Procedure Law, issued by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M2/1435 dated 22/01/1435 H,
