Pursuant to the perusal of the Official Document submitted by the Royal Court under No. 83924 dated 21/11/1445 H. including the Telegram of His Excellency Minister of Health No. 28248 dated 23/3/1445 H. regarding the continued payment of overtime allowance to those occupying health jobs not covered by the health jobs regulations;

The Regulation on Financial Rights and Benefits, approved by virtue of Saudi Arabia Royal Order No. A28/1432 dated 20/3/1432 H.;

Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 311/1442 dated 6/6/1442 H.;

The Implementing Regulation for Human Resources in the Civil Service, issued by Decision No. (1550) of His Excellency Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, dated 9/6/1440 H.;

Memorandum No. (3111) dated 26 /8/1445 H., prepared by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers;

The recommendation of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs No. (35-39/45/d) dated 18/9/1445 H.; and

The recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers No. (293) dated 8/1/1446 H.;

Has decided the following:
