The Board of Directors of the Authority for People with Disabilities (APD);

Pursuant to the authority vested in it by law; and

Based on Article 31 of the Law of Rights of Persons with Disabilities, promulgated by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M27/1445 dated 11/2/1445 H., which stipulates that "the Board of Directors of the Authority, after coordination with relevant authorities, shall issue the Regulation within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issuance of the Law",

Hereby decides the following:

First: The Implementing Regulation for the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is hereby approved as per the form attached hereto.

Second: The Regulation shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force as of the date of its publication.
