The Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority,

Based on the powers conferred upon it by law;

Pursuant to the perusal of Article (23) of the Off-Plan Real Estate Sale and Lease Law, issued by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M44/1445 dated 10/3/1445 H.; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Has decided the following:

First: Approving the Table for Classifying Violations of the Off-Plan Real Estate Sale and Lease Law and its Implementing Regulation, and the penalties prescribed therein, in the attached form.

Second: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and communicated to the relevant entities for enforcement and implementation.
