The Acting Chairman of the Transport General Authority,

Based on the powers entrusted thereto by law,

After perusal of the Law of Carriage by Land on Roads promulgated by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M188/1446 dated 24/08/1446 H.;

The Regulation of the Transport General Authority promulgated by Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 323/1434 dated 14/09/1434 H., and its amendments;

The Implementing Regulation for Private Passenger Transport by Buses, promulgated by Saudi Arabia Administrative Decision No. 10/6TR/2025/4/1447 dated 01/03/1447 H.,

Has decided the following:

First: The approval of the Table of Violations and Penalties of the Implementing Regulation for Private Passenger Transport by Buses, as per the form here-attached.

Second: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and it shall come into force from the date of its publication.

Third: This Decision shall abrogate all previous decisions that are in conflict herewith.

Fourth: The original of this Decision shall be sent to His Excellency the Vice President of the Operations and Digital Transformation Sector for notification and for taking the necessary actions for its implementation.
