Based on Article (5) of the Regulation of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, approved by Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 496/1439 dated 14/09/1439 H., amended by virtue of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 621/1442 dated 20/10/1442 H.;

After perusal of Article (2) of the Trademarks Law issued by Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M21/1423 dated 28/05/1423 H.;

After perusal of Article (3) of the Trademark Law of the GCC States corresponding to Saudi Arabia Royal Decree no. M51/1435 dated 26/07/1435 H., and its amendments;

After perusal of the recommendation of the Executive Committee arising from the Board of Directors no. (05/02/2024) dated 05/11/1445 H.;

After perusal of the relevant orders and decisions; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
