Pursuant to Paragraph (4) of Article Nine of the Organization's Regulations, issued by the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 216 dated 17/06/1431 AH, which stipulates as follows: “The Board is the authority in charge of managing the affairs of the Organization, administering its matters, and making all necessary decisions for achieving its objectives within the limits of the provisions of these Regulations. It is particularly responsible for approving the Saudi Arabian Standards in their final form and the methods of their implementation”;

Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Article Four of the Organization's Regulations, which stipulates as follows: “Publishing the standards it approves by such means as it deems appropriate, and they shall not be effective except after being announced in the Official Gazette”; and

Having reviewed the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Organization No. (01/193/2023) dated 15/1/1445 AH regarding the Standardization of Types of Chargers for Smartphones, Tablets and Electronic Devices, and the approval of updating the Standards;
