Communications Law issued by Qatar Decree-Law No. 34/2006;

Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing issued by Qatar Law No. 4/2010;

Electronic Commerce and Transactions Law issued by Qatar Decree-Law No. 16/2010;

The Proposal of the Minister of Interior;

The Draft Law submitted by the Cabinet, and

After consulting the Shura Council,

Have issued the following Law:
