The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution,
The Law Regulating Tenders and Bids promulgated by Qatar Law No. 24/2015, as amended by Qatar Decree-Law No. 18/2018,
Qatar Emiri Law No. 29/1996 on the Cabinet Decisions Referred to the Emir for Ratification and Issuance,
Qatar Cabinet Decision No. 22/2016 on the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Law Regulating Tenders and Bids,
And the Proposal of the Minister of Finance,
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the aforementioned law regulating tenders and bids, as enclosed herewith, shall come into force.
Article 2
Aforementioned Qatar Cabinet Decision No. 22/2016 shall be abrogated.
Article 3
All the competent authorities shall, each within their own competence, implement this Decision, which shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
