Qatar Administrative Decision No. 34/2024 Issuing the Regulation for the Cloud Data Interoperability and Data Portability

The President of Communications Regulatory Authority,

Pursuant to The Qatar Emiri Decision No. 42/2014 Establishing the Communications Regulatory Authority,

The approval of the Council of Ministers to issue the cloud policy framework in its ordinary meeting (21) for 2022 on June 1, 2022;

Has decided as follows:

Article 1

To implement the provisions of the Cloud Data Interoperability and Data Portability Regulation attached to this Decision (CRATA 2024/09/15).

All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall implement this Decision from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
