Oman Sultani Decree No. 98/2005 Promulgating the Reconciliation Law

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;

The Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 90/1999 and its amendments,

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The provisions of the Conciliation and Reconciliation Law attached hereto shall come into force.

The present Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force Six months after its publication date.
