Oman Sultani Decree No. 94/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Economy, Defining Its Competences, and Approving its Organisational Structure

We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman

Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2012 establishing the Supreme Council for Planning and issuing its statute,

The State's administrative apparatus issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

A Ministry called “Ministry of Economy” shall be established, and its competences shall be defined in accordance with Annex (1) attached hereto.

The organisational structure of the Ministry of Economy shall be approved in accordance with Annex (2) attached hereto.
