after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 62/80 Establishing the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 55/2006 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 68/2012 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 3/2017 Promulgating the System of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 24/2019 Establishing the Food Safety and Quality Centre in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources,

and the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
