Oman Sultani Decree No. 91/2022 On the Determination of the Competencies of the Ministry of Finance and the Approval of its Organisational Structure

Abrogating:

Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/1996 dated 08/06/1996

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/96 on the determination of the competencies of the Ministry of Finance and the approval of its organisational structure;

The Regulation of the administrative apparatus promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 108/2020 on the dissolution of some specialised boards; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The competencies of the Ministry of Finance shall be determined according to attached Annex (1).

Article 2

The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Finance shall be approved according to Annex (2).

Article 3

Aforementioned Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/96 shall be abrogated. Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the present Decree shall be also abrogated.
