Oman Sultani Decree No. 8/2022 Transferring an Employee to the Foreign Ministry

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 120/2004,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 32/2008, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Maitha bint Saif bin Majid Al-Mahrouqi is hereby transferred to the Foreign Ministry with her same grade and financial entitlements.

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
