Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 17/2002 reforming the Civil Service Council and defining its competences;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 76/2004 defining the competences of the Ministry of Manpower and approving its organisational structure;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 142/2008 defining the competences of the Ministry of Civil Service and approving its organisational structure;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 48/2016 establishing the National Training Fund and issuing its statute;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 22/2019 establishing the National Employment Centre and issuing its statute;

Regulation of the state's administrative apparatus issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020; and

Based on the public interest,

Have issued the following Decree:
