We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 2/1994 amending the ministerial formation;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 14/1994 defining the competences of the Ministry of Legal Affairs;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 114/1994 approving the organisational structure of the Ministry of Legal Affairs;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 47/2000 defining the competences of the Ministry of Justice and approving its organisational structure;

Regulation of the state's administrative apparatus issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree:
