Pursuant to the perusal of Oman Sultani Decree No. 26/1975 promulgating the Law regulating the administrative apparatus of the state and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 64/1978 issuing the Law on Expropriation of Ownership for Public Interest and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 32/1988 forming the National Committee for Natural Disasters and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/1990 promulgating the Police Law; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree,
