The Basic Law of the State;

Law on the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 84/2020 on the General Secretariat of the Tender Board;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 88/2020 Merging the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Legal Affairs into One Ministry called the “Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs”, Specifying its Scope of Competence and Adopting its Organizational Structure; and

Based on the requirements of public interest;

Have decreed as follows:
