Oman Sultani Decree No. 72/2020 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Framework Agreement on the Establishment of the International Solar Energy Alliance

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, 

and  the  Framework Agreement on the Establishment of the International Solar Energy Alliance  done in New Delhi on 27 May 2017,

and after presentation to the Shura Council,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows 

Article 1

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Framework Agreement on the Establishment of the International Solar Energy Alliance is hereby approved in the form attached.  

Article 2

Competent  bodies  shall  deposit  the  instrument  of accession for the aforementioned agreement in  accordance with its provisions.  

Article 3

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
