Oman Sultani Decree No. 70/2020 Appointing a Head of the Administrative Court

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996,

and the Law of the Administrative Court promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 91/1999,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sheikh Al-Mukhtar bin Abdullah bin Issa Al-Harthy is hereby appointed Head of the Administrative Court.

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
