Oman Sultani Decree No. 68/2020 Transferring Members of the Public Prosecution to Judicial Positions in the Supreme Court

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996,

the Law of the Judiciary promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 90/1999,

and the Public Prosecution Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 92/1999,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Those named below are hereby transferred from the Public Prosecution to judicial positions in the Supreme Court:

Sultan bin Salim bin Saud Al-Habsi.

Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Salim Baomar.

Abdullah bin Salim bin Hamad Al-Harthy.

Nasser bin Mohammed bin Ghunaim Al-Rahbi.

Sulayim bin Salim bin Sulayim Al-Khusaibi.

Ali bin Saif bin Saleh Al-Maamari.

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
