Oman Sultani Decree No. 67/2014 On the Issuance of the Competition and Anti-Trust Law

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/96,

The Public Authority for Consumer Protection Regulation promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 53/2011, and after referring to the Council of Oman,

And based on the public interest requirements,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The provisions of the Competition and Anti-Trust Law enclosed herewith shall be put into effect.

This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.
