We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;

The Statistical Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 29/2001;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 31/2012 on the establishment of the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI);

The Regulation of the National Centre for Statistics and Information promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 40/2014;

After the presentation thereof to the Council of Oman; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Hereby issue the following Sultani Decree:
