Oman Sultani Decree No. 53/2021 Amending Some Provisions of the Vehicle Insurance Law

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Vehicle Insurance Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 34/1994,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The attached amendment to the aforementioned Vehicle Insurance Law shall be implemented.

All that is contrary to the attached amendment, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
