Oman Sultani Decree No. 51/2023 On the Issuance of the Bylaw Of the Military and Security Services Pension Fund

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;

The Bylaw of the State Administrative Apparatus promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 33/2021 on Retirement and Social Security Systems;

The Social Protection Fund Bylaw promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 50/2023;

And based on the public interest requirements;

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The provisions of the attached bylaw shall apply to the Military and Security Services Pension Fund.

Article 2

The employees of the Ministry of Defence Pension Fund, the Royal Office Pension Fund, the Royal Oman Police Pension Fund, the Internal Security Services Pension Fund, the Royal Guard of Oman Pension Fund, and the Sultan's Special Force Pension Fund shall be transferred to the Military and Security Services Pension Fund, with their same ranks, grades, and financial allocations.
