Oman Sultani Decree No. 50/2021 Ratifying the Unified Agreement for Value Added Tax of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

And the Unified Agreement for Value Added Tax of the Cooperation Council for the Arab

States of the Gulf signed on 27 November 2016,

And based on the public interest requirements,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

To ratify the Unified Agreement for Value Added Tax of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf as per the form here-attached.

The competent authorities shall deposit the instrument of ratification of the aforementioned agreement, in accordance with the provisions thereof.

This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance.
