Oman Sultani Decree No. 4/2021 Granting Class I Licence to Oman Future Communications Company to Provide Basic Mobile Public Telecommunications Services

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Telecommunications Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2002,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

A Class I Licence is hereby granted to Oman Future Communications Company to provide basic mobile public telecommunications services in accordance with the provisions of the attached licence.

Article 2

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
