Oman Sultani Decree No. 43/2013 Issuing the Regulation for the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA)

We, Qaboos Bin Said, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996,

The Regulations of Public Corporations and Institutions issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 116/1991,

The Civil Aviation Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 93/2004,

The Oman Sultani Decree No. 33/2012 Establishing the Public Authority for Civil Aviation,

And based on the public interest requirements,

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The attached system shall be applied to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the PACA shall issue the necessary regulations and decisions to implement the provisions of the attached system. Until such regulations are issued, the authority shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable to the units of the State administrative apparatus for items not stated in the attached system subject that they do not contradict with its provisions.

Article 3

Is abrogated whatever contravenes with the attached system or contradicts with its provisions.
