Oman Sultani Decree No. 3/2017 Issuing the Regulation of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserves
We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 62/1980 on the establishment of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve;
Law of Public Authorities and Institutions issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 116/1991; and
Based on the public interest requirements
Have issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve shall be governed by the provisions of the Regulation attached hereto.
Article 2
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation attached hereto, and until their issuance, the rules and regulations in force shall continue to be applicable in a manner not inconsistent with its provisions.
Article 3
Any provisions contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree and the annexed Regulation shall be abrogated.
