We Qaboos bin Said Sultan of Oman,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by virtue of Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 48/1976 on signing external and internal transactions;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/1982 on the Protection of Public Property and Avoidance of Conflict of Interest;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 86/1984 promulgating the Government Tender Law & Regulation; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree:
