Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2012 On the issuance of the Regulation of the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;
The Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 102/1994;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 59/1996 on the Establishment of Omani Centre for Investment Promotion and Export Development;
The Law of Delegation and Subrogation in Competencies promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 17/2010;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 52/2011 amending certain provisions of Oman Sultani Decree No. 59/1996;
and
Based on the public interest's requirements,
Hereby issue the following Decree:
Article 1
The text of Article 1 was replaced by virtue of Article 1 of Oman Sultani Decree No. 23/2018 dated 17/10/2018 to read as follows:
The General Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development shall be subject to the Council of Ministers and the attached Regulation shall apply in its respect.
